Connecting Your Store

Connect your WooCommerce store to Storedash in just a few steps.

Prerequisites

• A WooCommerce store running WooCommerce 7.0 or later
• WordPress admin access to your store
• The Storedash Helper Plugin installed on your store

Connection Steps

1. Install the Storedash Helper Plugin

   Download the Storedash Helper Plugin from your dashboard and upload it to your WordPress site via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

2. Activate the Plugin

   Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins and activate the Storedash Helper Plugin.

3. Connect from Storedash

   In your Storedash dashboard, go to Settings → Stores → Add Store. Enter your store URL and follow the authentication prompts.

4. Verify the Connection

   Once connected, your store’s products and orders will begin syncing. This may take a few minutes depending on your catalog size.

Troubleshooting

• Connection timeout — Ensure your store’s REST API is accessible and not blocked by a firewall or security plugin.
• Authentication errors — Verify the Helper Plugin is activated and your WordPress user has administrator privileges.
• Sync issues — Check the sync status in Settings → Stores and retry if needed.
