Billing & Subscription
The Billing page gives you a complete overview of your subscription, usage, and available plans.
Current Plan
Section titled “Current Plan”Shows your active subscription plan with key usage metrics:
- Plan — Your current plan name (Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise).
- Price — Monthly cost of your plan.
- Orders (month to date) — Number of orders processed this billing cycle.
- SMS Sent (month to date) — SMS messages sent this cycle.
- Emails Sent (month to date) — Marketing and transactional emails sent this cycle.
- Products — Total number of products in your store.
- Next Billing Date — When your next invoice is due.
Click View breakdown by store to see usage split across multiple connected stores. Click Manage Subscription to update your payment method or cancel.
Usage History
Section titled “Usage History”A monthly table tracking your orders, SMS, and email usage over time. Use this to spot trends and plan for scaling.
