Tracking Orders
The Orders section gives you a comprehensive view of all orders from your connected WooCommerce stores.
Order List
Section titled “Order List”View all orders with real-time status updates. Filter by:
- Status — Processing, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled, Refunded
- Date range — Filter orders by date
- Customer — Search by customer name or email
Order Details
Section titled “Order Details”Click on an order to view full details including:
- Customer information
- Line items and quantities
- Payment method and status
- Shipping details and tracking
- Order notes and history
Updating Order Status
Section titled “Updating Order Status”Change an order’s status directly from Storedash. The change syncs to your WooCommerce store automatically and triggers any WooCommerce status change emails.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Process full or partial refunds from the order detail view. Refunds are processed through your payment gateway and reflected in both Storedash and WooCommerce.
